Hi playstiago80, Could you check if this problem is still appearing in the latest firmware version WW-16.0200.1907.501? If yes, could you tell me which games and their app versions this problem is appearing in? Could you tell us the brand and model of your WiFi router? Please show us a screenshot of the network information. (Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > tap on the WiFi already connected to access Network info) Have you tried connecting to a different WiFi router? Thank you 🙂
