have this issue 2 months ago, thought this is hardware issue, so i bring my phone to local official asus service centre, they said it was hardware issue(changed my whole motherboard), fixed in 5 days, and today, it happens again, and i have no idea what to do next, bring to service centre will result the same, seems the service center doesn't know the problem persist, this is a really critial issue, please make it as a priority, if my phone just a bad copy of the first generation, then, bad luck to me xD
