NETFLIX NO HD IN ASUS ZENFONE 5Z

Firmware Version: WW_100.10.107.87_20200520
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: After last update firmware
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): NETFLIX 7.61.0 build 21 34941


Before update firmware asus my Netflix can play FHD with widevine L1 but now just maximum SD with L3.
Already try to Uninstall and clear cache and reboot lot of time, but still come to SD L3.
After i contact with Netflix, this problem come from Asus manufacture.
ASUS can you solve this?

Due to covid-19 crises netflix has restricted playback to SD with other OTT so this is not an issue wait for sometime for netflix to announce the lift of restriction

FYI, in another smartphone like Oppo and Vivo still can playback to FHD during this covid-19. So, this restricted playback to SD only happen in ASUS

Sorry can i know in which country you are trying to access i guess restricted limitation is only in india are you from india? I forgot to mention that 😊

Did you try relogin? That should help u after clearing cache and storage also uninstallation
