Missing Flashlight/Viber keeps on crashing

Hi Asus Team, I recently bought an Asus Zenfone 5Q phone then after upgrading to Android 9 I lost the Flashlight app. I already did a factory reset but it still keeps on disappearing after sometime. Viber application keeps on crashing as well when I initiate a video call. What updates/fix do we have for this? Thanks!

Hi dchristian_01979, Could you check if the problem is still appearing in firmware version WW-16.0610.1911.89? If the problem is not improved, please let us know. If you have not received the update yet, you may check update in Settings > System > System updates. Hello, flash light is back but from time to time icon becomes grayed out. during this time viber also crashes. but when flash light is good viber is also good. I already updated the firmware to WW-16.0610.1911.89. Thanks!
