Download manager disappear all of a sudden

When I download/update a large app from play store, it keeps pausing and download manager suddenly disappear from the notification panel. So practically I can't be able to download large apps or games from play store, despite of having one of the best processors out there.

Try using wi-fi for once and check if it's phone's problem or play store's. Because iam on Android 9 and i faced this problem too...but solved when downloaded using wifi
