There wasn't a toggle in any of the versions.
I think they're asking to add one (and a schedule). xD
shahrukhafridi996 tried to ask ASUS to bring a removed feature regarding cutouts back (but I think it's under display options now), along w/ the need dark toggling option.

Dark theme toggle was already included in AQ beta testing versions but later in stable it was removed why so? @Christine_ASUS
