Tem um bug no fuso horário, eu desativei a atualização de horário atumatico e deixei no manual, porém todas as minhas notificações e postagens em redes sociais tem o horário bugado, exemplo o horário dessa postagem no Facebook que diz "daqui a 16 min", no whatsapp aparece "em 58 minutos", todas as histórias do Instagram estão com horário em 1 segundo. Não sei o que fazer, porque se eu ativar para alterar o horário automático ele pula para o horário de verão (que não tem).

There is a bug in the time zone, I turned off the time zone update and left it in the manual, but all my notifications and social posts have the wrong time, for example the time of this Facebook post that says "in 16 min", on whatsapp appears "in 58 minutes", all Instagram stories are timed within 1 second. I don't know what to do, because if I enable it to change the automatic time it skips to daylight saving time (which doesn't have it).
