It does this to me x times when I use it. Sometimes the screen goes black and I can't do anything. The only option is doing a force restart. I did a rest, disconnect the battery. I don't know if the problem is software or hardware. Is it just to change the screen to no longer have the problem?

2) It happens anytime.
