Can't update driver for asus ze554kl for laptop

my laptop (an asus k555u lol ) won't recognize my zenfone 4 phone.it kept naming my phone as either MTP or SDM660-MTP _SN6F28A53A. tried updating the drivers but it still won't work. other phones have connected to my laptop by mine won't. any possible solutions I could try..? I tried updating the driver manually but it kept saying that the install class isn't valid. thank you for answering

Hi patriciajavier44, We would suggest you check the article below: Device not detected when connected to PC https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1011564/ If the problem still appears, please update to version WW-15.0610.1905.28 and check again. Kindly show us the error message screenshot, and try pairing with other PCs and check again. Thank you 🙂
