Issue with Zenfone 12 Ultra after latest update – Need help

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using the Zenfone 12 Ultra for a few weeks now, and everything was great until I installed the recent system update (Android 14). Since then, I’ve noticed a few annoying problems:

• Battery life has dropped a lot – it used to easily get me through a full day, now I’m charging by late afternoon even with light use.

• The phone heats up doing basic stuff like browsing or using the camera – not extreme, but warmer than normal.

• There’s a bit of lag here and there – especially when switching apps or scrolling fast, which wasn’t happening before.

I’ve already tried clearing the cache and updating all my apps, but the issues are still there. Didn’t do a full reset yet hoping to avoid that unless really needed.

Is anyone else with the Zenfone 12 Ultra seeing the same problems? Would love to know if there are any workarounds or if ASUS plans to patch this soon.

Try restarting  clearing cache  or checking for a patch  if issue persists  contact ASUS support.
