Battery drain like crazy

battery of my asus zenfone 10 just go from 20% to 10% in a few second, like what the hell???? is this some kind of bug from the update????????? if so please fix thisssssssss i cant workkkkkkkkkk

Battery percentage is reported by battery itself to laptop. Looks like the batter is damaged as time take to discharge is in seconds. Recommend not to use the battery as battery is flammable once damaged please get it replaced or removed.

Does this happen all the time? And did it start happening after something specific?

It started 3 days before when my battery only last 2-3 hours from 90%, and then I tried to reset my phone but it's not making a difference, then I tried to dump my battery until it's empty then charge it till 100, now it decreasing rapidly like from 40 to 30, idk if it's my battery or what, should I change it? Or maybe it's the other problem?

If your device is not heating up better to get the battery checked.
