ZenFone 11 won't turn on

Hi, 

I bought a ZenFone 11 less than two months ago. Last night I connected it to the charger and went to bed. Today when I woke up the phone was apparently dead.

I tried to shut it down by pressing the power button for 10 to 15 seconds and then tried turn it back on but nothing happens. I don't get any feedback from the phone.

Is there anything I can do before taking it to tech support?

I read in another post that hard resetting the phone can be done by pressing the volume down key and the power button together for 10 to 15 seconds.

It worked.

Phone is up and running again.
