Charging harus di reset

Para suhu, mohon petunjuk tiap Kali charge Zenfone 11 harus di reset dulu. Adakah solusi? Kepala charger pakai merk non asus

Every time charging must reboot device. If not reboot, charging doesn't work

Since I bought the phone cell, an 1st time charge
