I can recommend clearing the cache and storage of the app, you can do this by holding down the App icon and then choosing Storage & cache > Clear cache and Clear storage.

i try to clear cache and data more than 3 time and i try to reset factory but my camera still the same, my phone have to repaired change module camera or machine
