5G Band Support in firmware update?

Dear Asus!

I dont know know much about 5G band and stuff. I recently got my carrier plan upgraded and it now comes with free 5G network. To my dismay, I found it not much different from 4G. I have done little research and found that this device doesn't support some band  ***nmm something. Is it possible that Asus will provide all band support via firmware update? I dont see why Asus should limit functionality of support for all network band?

As far as I know, different countries may use different 5G frequency bands. This means that a phone compatible with all the bands used in China may not be compatible with all the bands used in Europe, and vice versa. This is a hardware issue, not a software one. This is why buying a 5G phone directly from the US or China and mainly using it in Europe may not be convenient — you may lose important compatibility features.
