MMS broken on Mint Mobile after recent update, cant input settings

A month or two ago, my zenfone 10 updated, now I'm on WW_35.0604.0404.131 if that helps.

I used to be able to use Mint Mobile just fine. I have a physical SIM and had to input the APN settings from their site when I first registered.  https://www.mintmobile.com/help/how-to-configure-android-settings/

At some point after the update, I realized I can no longer send group MMS. I receive them fine, but when I try to reply it times out soon and just says it can't be sent. I was on with mint support for a while, and they are pretty sure that it's because I'm unable to input all of the required settings after this phone update.  They need to set MVNO type: GID and MVNO value: 756D but there are no fields to input these, and they think this is making it so it can't authenticate and send.

This may be related to a recent topic on the board about mobile data completely dying - I changed the SIM to slot 2 and it brought that back, but no MMS.

Hello @jt5

I can recommend trying to reset the network settings and see if clearing that it helps.
To do that you can go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Mobile Network Settings.
Please let me know if this helps.

No dice. I've been through a lot of troubleshooting with the mint people, resetting network, deleting and re inputting the APN settings, trying different bands and 5g/4g/3g network types.

It used to be fine on the old version of Android and had input boxes for all of the APN settings they need, but after this update it's missing

I updated my ZenFone 10 few days ago, and since yesterday I can use anything about my SinCard. I have already try to use it in another phone (ZenFone 9) and it worked, but at ZenFone 10 does not.

I updeaged the Android 14 to 15 (WW_35.0604.0404.131). We need Asus to fix that problem.

I'm sorry to hear, could you please confirm with me which country you are on?
And would it be possible for you to create a log while recreating this issue? I'm writing the steps below, in the meanwhile I will be forwarding this issue to the devs.
********************
Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).

1. Open “Calculator APP”

2. Enter “.19595+=”

3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “Phone, mobile networks, and signal”

4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.

5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".

6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.

Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)
