Zenphone 10 Android 14 WiFi Blocks Network

Same issue as described in here .

Moved from Zenfone 8 Android 13 to Zenfone 10 Android 14 and whenever WiFi is on - some applications won't work.
E.g. - WhatsApp chat backup and Google System backup stop and resume only when I switch WiFi off. Several other apps won't even load.
On the other hand - Firefox works OK.
Reproduces after a Factory Reset.

I have indeed noticed that the issue is not persistent and I am trying now to change the 'WiFi Calling' and VoLTE settings so WiFi is the primary selection and LTE only if WiFi isn't available.
