Zenfone 10 dont get Android 14 Update..

Hi all,

My zenfone 10 are stuck in Android 13 33.0204.0204.47 and never get OTA update to Android 14.  any help for this situation? try to manual update but it always says "update Failed"..kinda desperate now 😭
