Come on! With a simple search you can find information on this forum about this problem.

I'll summarize it:

1. Talk to your operator and have them activate VoLTE. If it doesn't work, retry it by telling them you have a Samsung (p. e.).
2. In another conversation, do the same for VoWiFi. However, for this you have to use the code *#*#3642623344#*#* because your carrier HAS NOT CERTIFIED YOUR DEVICE MODEL. While it's being certified, you need to re-enter the code every time you reboot. But it works.
