I'm still running on Android 13 and Security Updates form August 2023.

When will there be an update or is Asus always that unreliable?

Thank you. I tried installing it but the update process failed. Maybe because I'm missing the previous versions? My Zenfone 10 is currently on 33.0220.0220.75. Where can I get the subsequent versions?

Alright after writing to ASUS and waiting patiently I received the missing firmware version.

After the download and a device restart I was able to update to the most recent firmware.
