It has been more than a year since Asus silently, without notifying anyone about it, disabled the bootloader unlock tools. During all this time, they have not received a single official comment on this situation.
At the moment, if I understand everything correctly, the device has 1 year of support left. And I remind you that the ZF10 is far from a budget device, on snap 8gen2 and with great potential.
Dear Asus company, as well as its representatives on this forum - when will your customers receive information from you about unlocking the bootloader, smartphone support? When will you finally come out with official comments? Or will my appeal be deleted without any response, as you have been doing for the last year?
As a customer who bought your product for the first time, I am very disappointed with the level of service and will never purchase your products, not only smartphones, but also computer components.
