Impossible to mute dial pad sound on Zenphone 10

Hi,

So since a while back (since the latest update?) I can't silence the dial pad sound on my Zenphone 10.  I can turn off screen locking sounds, camera sounds and touch sound but shutting down dial pad does nothing. The only way to do this is to completely shut off volume for incoming calls. In fact lowering the volume for calls also lowers the volume of the dial pad so it seems like these two has been mixed together somehow. Am I really the only one experiencing this problem? If not please let Asus know so we can get this fixed!

It is in Swedish sorry, but the first one is dial pad sound, second is screen lock sound etc.

Hi @Fritfrall,

Can you please try the following steps and let me know if it helps resolve the issue-

• Go to the Phone app
• Tap the three vertical dots
• Select Settings
• Go to Keypad
• Disable the keypad touch tone
