False positive malware alert after recent system update

After the recent system update my Avast antivirus app started to report that "Device Property v2.9" contains malicious code and should be removed. As far as I can tell this is a default Asus system app and can't be removed. I'm assuming this is just a false positive, but still pretty worried. Is anyone else getting the same problem? I'd appreciate any help!

I hope Asus will respond and confirm whats going on, though both of us getting this problem probably means its just a false positive from Avast
