Reset OS: Tried it removing all files local

Detailed description：The system will not wake up from sleep at all. I have tried every bit of advise online from Asus, Microsoft and other websites. The system is complete upto date with drivers, Bios, windows components. Have tried all switches & options in device manager to enable or disable in power management. It is very frustrating. I would appreciate any advice, tips, etc.
