System: Ryzen 7 3700U, Radeon Vega 10, 16 GB, 1 TB
Battery or AC: AC
Model: ASUS ZenBook UM433DA
Frequency of occurrence: Frequent
Reset OS: Windows 10 Home, reinstalled a few times

Detailed description: I have a couple of weeks old ZenBook. It has frozen few times when using even when it wasn't much loaded. Fan was blowing at full speed and ZenBook didn't respond. I waited for an hour, but nothing happened.
After second time this happened I installe Speccy. Average CPU temperatures were from 50 to 60 celsius degrees, but they got high very quickly even when copying files.
Is there something wrong with cooling or drivers, or is this typical to this model?

Hi @markus.luoma Since your laptop is new, so there might be apps running in your background right now, including windows update and others. Please kindly check if your BIOS (latest version 302), Windows, and drivers are all up to date, or check if there are any updates still running. After all the updates are completed, please check if problem persists.
To check windows update: go to (settings -> Update & Security -> Check for Updates)
Please let me know if you have any question or problem during the process. Thanks!
