It is also suggest checking whether your BIOS version and system version are both updated to the latest.

Alternatively, you can contact the external device manufacturer, provide them with your laptop model and operating system, and ask them to provide the latest ASM2464PD firmware and upgrade tool to see if this resolves the issue.
