Screenpad 2.0 cant save chosen background more than a few mintues

Hello,

I have zenboox 14 x oled (ux5400zb)

Each time i select a background for my screenpad 2.0 , it changes successfully but only for a few minutes , and then it resets(matches) to the top screen background. 

It must be some kinda bug that it cant allow 2 different background on each screen.

Need your assistance please.

Could you please provide the following information for us to better understand your scenario?
- the OS version
- the ScreenXpert and the ASUS ScreenXpert Interface version
- the Asus ScreenPad 2.0 Optimizer version
If the above software version has not been updated to the latest version, please update it to the latest version first, or remove it and reinstall it before trying to set it.

Os version is windows 11

Screenxpert version is v3.0.19.0 (from Microsoft app)

asus screenxpert interface v3.0.6.0

screenpad 2.0 optimizer v1.2.4.0 

tried to remove it and install again - same results.

in my (unprofessional) opinion, its a bug or software regression.
