Detailed description：
Since many months, my ASUS ScreenPad got black screen. For a while, I thought that it stopped working but recently I discovered that when it's turned on (F6) some random clics on it have an effect but I cannot see where to click as its screen is totally black.
I've reinstalled the drivers, the Upgrade tools and Toolbar... from the beginning and nothing change. I even just reset the whole system and nothing changed.
The ScreenPad is upgraded to 2.0 and using the last version of ScreenXpert. Nothing changes I only have a black ScreenPad. I see that many people are suffering from the same issue and Asus don't even give attention to fix our problem. Is there any other way to make it work normally ?
Please note that we don't have Asus support service in Morocco so unless the support assist us online we can't fix the issue and then all we have to do is to inform people of these kind of frequent issues before they get fooled and buy an asus.
