Detailed description:Bought this laptop brand new like a month ago and it's been having this problem since day one, called tech support and they sent me some files to update some drivers, I did that, but I kept getting the same problem, so I actually sent the laptop to tech support but they said everything was fine with it and they even said they updated everything, but I keep getting the same problem ( as seen in the video ) Does anyone know why this keeps happening?
