MyAsus App (iPhone) - Connection failed

Detailed description： I can't make a connection through my iPhone 6 and the laptop through the MyAsus. On the phone I get the error "connection failed"
I've never used it before.
I'm on same WiFi, logged in with my asus account.

Any ideas?

Which function are you using exactly?
There is "Link to MyASUS" in "MyASUS", but UX550GD does not support it.
May you provide screenshot?

Sorry for the delay.
I can't use any function. I was just trying to have my iPhone 6 connected on the laptop so I get the notification on my screen.




So, if my laptop doesn't support that app, is there anything similar?
