My laptop came with a sticker like that... I think all boxes come with it, don't think it's a dedicated sticker only placed to display items.
Perhaps @Falcon_ASUS can confirm that.

Sorry, I may not be able to comment with you if this condition is a demo machine. Generally, we can only confirm by whether the tamper-evident sticker on the outer box is retained. If you have concerns, I would recommend that you check with the store where you bought the laptop. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
