Computer is two weeks old, all updates have been done. Sometimes when the computer comes back from sleep the ScreenPad Plus is not detected. No second screen is available is screen settings, and Detect does not find it.
I've gone through this page
https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1041420 MyAsus does not find anything with Hardware Diagnostic or Driver error checkups when the ScreenPad is detected or while it is not detected.
Ctrl+Shift+Win+B did not help either.
So far rebooting the computer brings it back, but is not an acceptable long term solution.
Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?
