On April 27th, I purchased an ASUS 2022 Zenbook 14X OLED (UX5400ZB-L7027W) from an online retailer. I bought the laptop because I liked its performance, but also because of an event that offered a 3-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. I applied for the event properly, but ASUS seems to have terminated the event for no reason. (Despite this, they continue to advertise the event as ongoing.)
Despite this, many retailers and even the official ASUS website continue to advertise the promotion of a 3-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud worldwide. I believe that this activity constitutes the crime of fraud, which is established by deceiving people to receive property or gain financial benefits.
I demand that they stop this worldwide advertising fraud and immediately fulfill the promised 3-month subscription.
