Can’t register product as it’s already registered. Help?

Can this be sorted as I want to register this product to me for MyASUS but it’s showing already registered and won’t let me. Can anyone help with this. Thanks in advance

Hi, I would appreciate your help here, as well.
I don't remember the email I registered my product with and now I can't update my product because of it. It says my product is already registered when I try to create a new account. I need to register my product with a new email that I can access. I can provide you the invoice details of my product which I got from the seller, if you need them.
