camera stop working from time to time, and refuse to work on Google Meet

Detailed description：
I have noticed for the past few days that the facial recognition was not functioning.
after a few restarts it worked.
but since whether I launch an app that requires camera, it doesn't show an image.
the LED is on, but no image.
checked driver on the system, no issue there
any help please?

Does pressing F10 work?
Please kindly check the camera privacy setting as well
(Setting>Privacy>Camera)
