Asus Zenbook 14 pro (UX6404) shipment

Hey I ordered this machine in May in some US online store that was recommended by the ASUS, and have been waiting for the machine to arrive up until now.
The seller said, that you (ASUS)  are having some delayed? can some of you explain to me what kind of delay that making you to not able to ship the machine?
