Description: Noticed there was a fingerprint driver in the website, installed it and nothing happens. Windows says it doesn't find any compatible fingerprint devices and I can't find the device in the Device Manager.

Hello. I have the same unit that I bought about a month ago. I've had no problems with it so far and the finger print scanner is working. I believe that you've been sold a bad or defective unit. I suggest you ask the retailer if they can replace the unit or issue a refund. Hope it helps.
