Vivobook x1402za lights sequence and no Boot

vivobook x1402za started doing this and not booting up. Cant find info on if this is a status blinking sequence or an issue blinking. Does this with battery and while plugging in charger with battery removed. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue? Tried reset EC 40 seconds power, Hold F2 while powering, removed battery, use charged only etc.
