SECURE BOOT CANT BE ACTIVATE

So basically i'm having a hard time trying to activate my secure boot, i tried even reset my laptop still when i try to activate secure boot i cant start my computer due to "secure boot violation" warning

Can you give more details on the device, it's age and the OS involved please.  Also what prior/previous steps have you made to get to your current state.

 It is possible to run a PC with Secure Boot turned off.

What media type are you using?

How has the storage device been setup, uEFI or MBR or ???????  

What partitioning has been done.

To help us further confirm the issue, could you please provide the following information?

1. The complete model name of the laptop you are using.
2. Your current BIOS version.
3. A photo of the “Secure Boot Violation” message displayed when the issue occurs.
4. Please also let us know whether you are currently using the original ASUS pre-installed Windows system or if Windows has been manually reinstalled.
