I have a problem. A few months ago, Windows stopped turning on on my Asus laptop. That is, I want to turn on the laptop, but there is just a black screen for 5 minutes and crashes into the BIOS.
I reinstalled Windows but there is a small problem. When booting up, the laptop has a black screen for 2-3 minutes. Then the asus logo for 1-2 minutes. And only then can I get into the system. This did not happen before.

Please help me!

If you have restored the system but the problem still exists, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
