Laptop does not Start up

Frequency of occurrence: Just Started and laptop doesn't Start-up
Reset OS: No

Detailed description：The Laptop does not start-up. It was working fine for the past 6 months but then just shut down. Now when I switch on the laptop it goes to the "ASUS in search of Incredible" start-up screen and then goes to the Preparing Automatic Repair and then goes onto a blank screen and just stays on a blank screen

Boot with windows usb pendrive,then go to recovery environment, then system restore.
