Hello,
I use laptop Asus Vivobook K403FA.
The battery indicator shows 255% available plugged in and there is cross sign “x” in the battery display (left bottom corner) which is shown that battery not available. The laptop is just less than 1 year. When I plugged off the power adapter, Laptop will switch off straight away.
Anyone can help? Thanks in advance
