ASUS Vivobook-X412DA Webcam not starting.

I bought an ASUS Vivobook 14 with model no-X412DA and after about 15days, the webcam stopped working. None of the apps like Camera,Skype,Google Meet can get it to work. I checked in Device manager but cannot find anything related to Camera or Imaging devices. I checked BIOS but could not find anything related to Webcam. Also I cannot find any dedicated hotkey for camera. I complained to ASUS Service centre but for the last 14days they are just delaying saying they need more time etc etc. Kindly can anyone here help me out? I couldn't find any dedicated webcam driver for my laptop model.
I have windows 10 with version 1909.

If you are still in return and replacement period, please contact seller.
If the period had passed, please send your device to service center for repair.

Is there any higher seniority level mail address of ASUS to whom I can address the issue? Because the Customer care is always sending me automated type messages telling me to wait for some time, for the last 20days.
