Dear All,
Hope you're doing well. We've noticed some of our users are having trouble with the Asus VivoBook 15 X513EAN - it's acting slow, freezing, and hanging for at least 10 minutes, happening around 10 times a day.
We're working on it, but so far, upgrading RAM, updating the BIOS, and reformatting didn't fix it. We're still on it, though.
If you're facing this issue, could you share when it happens most or if you have found a solution?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Cormant Sysad

Based on the information you have provided so far, it is also possible that the issue is caused by a malfunction in the SSD. We recommend taking the time to back up your data and then sending the laptop to the repair center for further investigation.

Here are some quick fixes to stop your laptop from lagging:
1. Overheating
2. Programs running in background
3. Hardware failure
4. Damaged battery
If these are some of the reasons then try to adjust the Power Mode settings. You can also use a security software to check for malicious files in the laptop.
