Details: I bought this new laptop 3 days ago.But it's battery lasting fot almost only 2.5hrs on full charge on normal usage,

like net browsing.The remaining time also showing low like 1.5hr on 81% charge.
is this normal?

Please charge fully and start operation until the battery is 20% left.
Run powercfg /spr with powershell, then provide sleepstudy-report.html data to us for confirmation.

Charge is fully and then start using untill and unless it goes on 10% then after again put it on charge upto 100%
