Asus vivibook pro keeps crashing when running fortnite

My asus vivibook pro 16 oled with a 4060 gpu keeps crashing when running fortnite. Is there a fix to this?

How to find Model Name
Have you checked the hardware requirements for the game you are trying to run?
If you uninstall and reinstall the game, does the issue improve?

Yep I have, it fits all the specs to run the game. My model name is Vivobook_ASUSLaptop K6602VV_K6602VV

May I ask for the current BIOS version, system version (operating system build number), and graphics card driver version you are using?

I just updated my bios to the newest version and I’m using the game ready nvidia geforce driver.
