Taking too much time to install

Hi, Downloading apps on google playstore took too much time to install, estimated to 30 to 1hr. I saw post on some forum that disabling Mobile Manager will solve the issue. I disabled it but nothing happens. I also clear cashe of playstore app and restarted it but nothing happens. Kindly advice. Thank you.

i have the same problem too. it takes 15 min to start downloading the app. but sometime it work normal and fast.

Hi maenard.vistal, We would suggest you try the troubleshooting steps provided by Google and check if the problem still appears. https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003 https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7512202 If the problem still appears, kindly provide us the play store version, a screenshot of the error message, and tell us when downloading which app this problem appears.
