Could you check your storage location for videos in Game Genie settings?
Are you storing them in internal storage? Please check if there is available space.
Please tell me your video resolution settings for Game Genie.
If the problem still appears, please tell us which gaming apps have this problem and what their versions are.
If there is an error message, please show us a screenshot.
