Unable to pick calls

When i recieve any call sometimes i can't slide to pick it up feels like my phone has stopped working. Is there anything i can do to about it?

Not much, like once or twice in a month.

Then it will be very hard for us to log and find out why it happens. This behaviour is something I've seen in a lot of phones through the years. Mostly iPhones actually but that might be because I live in a city where most people use iPhone 🙂
Please let me know if it starts to happen more frequently
