there was a problem communicating with the google server

Please help me how to fix this, i have tried various methods. this problem only show when i use my internet data from my sim card , but when i use WiFi its okay.

I have no idea. Does everything else work when you're on cellular data? Can you try with a SIM from a friend or family?
I see you have tagged tencent. If you have one and you're on the WW ROM, then maybe this is a bug created by that combination which is not supported.
